At La Crosse Technology, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your weather station or clock does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to begin the process and select the items you wish to return.

  Print Shipping Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid return shipping label and the included packing slip to ensure accurate processing.

• 3.
  Pack Your Device

  Place the item in its original packaging with all sensors, power adapters, and manuals to prevent damage during transit back to our facility.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our technicians inspect the returned hardware, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your replacement unit within 5-7 business days.
